Our Terms
Payment
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. A deposit is required to hold an animal. The deposit amount varies by animal — contact us for details. Full payment is required before shipping.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight only. Shipping is to your door. You must be available to receive the package on the delivery date. We include appropriate heat or cool packs based on weather conditions. Shipping is not available during extreme weather on either end.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival on all shipped animals. If your animal arrives deceased or critically ill due to shipping, contact us immediately with photos/video documentation. We will work with you to resolve the situation. Claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery.
Health Guarantee
All animals are feeding well and in good health at the time of sale. We do not offer extended health guarantees due to the variable nature of chameleon care. We strongly encourage new buyers to read all care information and prepare their enclosure properly before receiving their animal.
Returns
We do not accept returns. Please be sure you are fully committed and prepared before purchasing. We are happy to answer any and all questions before you buy to ensure it's the right fit for you.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another animal in our inventory if your plans change. Contact us to discuss options.
